CFO and financial advisor for over 15 years, I have passionately worked in various environments such as banking, insurance, financial institutions, IT services, funeral services, concierge services, associations, catering, real estate, and industry (PPE, bolts, screws - Prodex, Groupe Descours & Cabaud). This diversity has allowed me to develop a broad strategic vision and a rapid adaptability to any type of organization and corporate culture.

I have managed the financial management of structures of various sizes, from €6 to €100 million in revenue, with a strong sense of analysis and performance. As a proactive force, I have led high-impact projects: structuring finance/accounting departments, implementing reporting and KPIs, optimizing treasury, rationalizing expenses, feasibility studies for investments, and budget overhauls. I have also managed sensitive missions, such as resolving URSSAF disputes, managing customer claims, and integrating teams and IT systems post-acquisition.

With a sharp analytical mind, I have often been called upon to diagnose complex situations, derive concrete solutions, and implement them quickly, while managing change. My role has not been limited to technical aspects: I have supervised and trained teams (from 3 to 8 people), while fostering a collaborative and supportive culture.

I see my role as CFO as a true co-pilot alongside general management. It is a strategic role, requiring strong interpersonal skills, economic intelligence, an agile posture, and the ability to take a step back to guide decisions. I invest myself dynamically in every mission, with the constant objective of contributing to the financial solidity and sustainable growth of the organization.
