Mediation resolves relational difficulties, disputes, and conflicts, but it is collective prevention work that will enable companies to achieve their objectives by uniting employees around a common project.

The key: equipping leaders and employees with prevention tools.

The mission: To help understand the stakes of agreement in any project construction, whatever it may be, to emerge a solution that will foster freedom of decision.

To do this, I intervene as a certified professional mediator CAP'M® - Consultant SIC (Strategies and Interactions in Communication) and Workplace Relational Quality - WRQ within companies (and sometimes for individuals) as follows:

- Promote agreement through relational engineering tools,

- Develop Relational Quality as a means of conflict prevention with particular attention to intercultural issues,

- Resolve conflicts, whatever the context (social, commercial, personal).

What my intervention allows:

- Learn not to be subjected to the decision of an authority (judicial, moral, psychosocial) and regain freedom of decision in choosing the solution.

- Eliminate relational obstacles that hinder the success of a project.

- Make each individual the creator of their own motivation and develop agreement within a team or group.

What are my specialties?

- Knowledge of the world of social dialogue and negotiation,

- Long pedagogical experience,

- Bilingual Italian, sensitive to intercultural issues.

How does it work?

Mediation is a mission with a structured, rigorous, in-depth, and effective process. It consists of one or more individual interviews and a meeting with all parties to develop a common solution.
