I've been supporting the Customer Experience Design team in driving the initiatives of the Transformation Taskforce to infuse customer centricity throughout the organisation. I mainly focused on designing, planning and facilitating a program wired around a design sprint to improve customer communication in the area of Customer Service.

As an independent product designer embedded in a squad, I drove and orchestrated the creation of a new onboarding experience, from defining and user-testing the desired journey to crafting the primary touchpoint. After understanding the challenge through stakeholder interviews, I devised an approach that combined envisioning a new experience while delivering value from day one by bringing customer support, customer success, marketing, business and product to align and co-create.

I work as an independent design consultant helping cross-functional teams frame, clarify and map the opportunity space for a clearer understanding of what they are on and sharper solutions.
