Objective: Encourage parents of children under 5 to take their child to the community site when they are ill. Identify the barriers and motivators to adopting this behavior and propose an intervention strategy to the organization leading this project.

For 10 years, numerous studies in the fields of banking, insurance, connected objects, social networks, etc. Writing interview guides, conducting face-to-face interviews/focus groups/user tests. Data analysis/report writing. Creation of personas.

Setup and conduct of an ethnographic study to identify the needs of policyholders during a hospitalization process: brief and business interviews, development of a research plan, field planning, interviews with policyholders and healthcare professionals, data analysis, writing of key findings and user cases, presentation of the report to business teams.
