Participated in the preparation of annual statutory meetings (over 2,000 participants from around the world). Wrote speeches and messages for the Director-General. Managed the production of the World Heritage magazine, a quarterly published in three languages. Defined editorial content with experts, engaged journalists and translators, coordinated with the graphic designer, and approved layouts.

Managed a team of nine editorial staff, based in Paris and New York. Defined editorial content, reviewed texts, and supervised coverage of special events, including fashion shows in New York, Paris, London, and Milan. Prepared all editorial calendars and budgets, and recruited freelance journalists.
