• Independent management of accounting (treasury / debtors / general ledger / fixed assets) for 2-3 legal entities, including VAT and taxes (with an external partner), management of all tasks related to the general accounting of 7 sites, including closing entries and transitional entries

• Entry of entries in the general ledger and reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts, Preparation of monthly and annual accounts according to CO and Swiss GAAP FER

• Preparation of financial statements for the audit of all companies of the "Espace" Foundation, "Clos Bercher SA" and "La Bulle d'Argile", participation in assistance during the annual audit

• Accounting for cash registers at the managed sites and extraction of TCPOS data (cash register management software) for accounting and cash register control

• Participation in budget preparation for the Board of Trustees

• Reconciliation of IC (intercompany) entries

• Preparation and monitoring of cantonal reporting and statistics (management accounting / SOMED statistics)

• Collaboration on projects (acquisitions, process optimizations, etc.)

• Management of all tasks related to the general accounting of 9 sites, including closing entries and transitional entries

• Entry of entries in the general ledger and reconciliation of various balance sheet accounts

• Preparation of financial statements for the audit of all companies in the "Tertianium Romandie" group and the "Espace" Foundation and participation in assistance during the annual audit

• Bi-monthly preparation of reminders for the managed sites and preparation of files for our litigation department

• Accounting for cash registers at the managed sites and extraction of TCPOS data (cash register management software) for accounting and cash register control, as well as development of tools to optimize the import of files / transactions into SAP

• Management of receivables for stores in Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, and Switzerland, daily reconciliation of store sales and verification of consistency with our point-of-sale system, communication and follow-up with stores in case of payment discrepancies

• Control, reconciliation, and balancing of bank accounts in SAP for all accepted payment methods, as well as monitoring of down payments, credit notes, and gift vouchers

• Support in the implementation of new payment methods
