COVEA After the restructuring of accounting services, at the Direction Transformation Finance, Data Quality Management (MQD) Department, Finance Information Systems Administration (ADSIFF) team, Accounting Data Quality & Controls (CODAC - Deposit Control and Accounting Audit Trail) and CCIC (Consolidation Internal Controls = methods and tools for adjusting and justifying accounts) control tools:

• Operationally participates in controls, analyzes "discrepancies" and ensures malfunctions are corrected

• Evolves these control tools or their upstream data feeds as part of projects or maintenance evolutions

• Writes studies, specifications, validation strategies, and documentation, participates in validation (called user acceptance testing)

• INDIGO project to replace the Claims IS, writes specifications, VMOA for the first 3 lots

• Project to rewrite CODAC for the Data Hub version upgrade and the implementation of DIAPASON (replacement of the Accounting IS)

• Project to stabilize the CCIC tool and update documentation

• Leads committees with the DTSI and with accountants (Support + Minutes)

• Generates monthly statistics (on anomaly processing, on the number of lines processed)

• Collects malfunctions from the various ADSIFF teams + compiles for management

• Assists with S2 lineage: updates account mappings

At the MMA Central Accounting and Treasury Back Office (DCCT) Department, the Accounting Information Systems Administration (ADSIC) team is divided into 3 units: Treasury, Accounting, and Controls. This last unit (ADSIC Controls) administers 2 tools to verify the "reconciliation" of management stocks with corresponding accounting balances and to enable the "justification" of accounting accounts from these management stocks, to control the proper flow of data from management IS to the accounting tool, and to consult audit trails.

• Assists the manager in a context of team and activity restructuring:

• Sets up, leads, and reports on monitoring committees with accountants, IT staff, and business support teams,

• Sets up and restructures dashboards for accountants, statutory auditors, etc.

• Sets up and restructures production monitoring processes and tools

• Plans and monitors team work,

• Supports team members on major projects, participates in functional studies, etc.

Covéa SWING Statutory Project (reduction of closing deadlines and implementation of semi-annual closings) with the objective of meeting financial communication needs and anticipating changes in Solvency II reporting production deadlines. The challenge is therefore to reduce the deadlines for submitting reports to Covéa (by D+12) and for finalizing consolidated accounts (by D+20) by a factor of 3.

• MMA IS Pilot for all non-life applications (Claims, Premiums, Recoveries, Co-insurance, etc.), for business intelligence and for account justification applications.

• Implements project organization from needs expression to production launch, including validation.

• Global planning of the various phases, coordination of IS Steering Committees, budget monitoring. Writes schedules and application maps of the IS.

• Leads IS committees, participates in MMA Project Steering Committees, writes support materials and minutes, reporting.

• 2017 Budget = 1530 person-hours, 2018 = 2300 person-hours
