Steering of the Datalake project “Identity Control Assistance”. This project is an integral part of the group's IAM solution. It consists of deploying a Datalake into which access control data (identities, authorizations, logs) are loaded to enable consistency and security checks. The project also includes a Machine Learning component to propose improvements in access and authorization management.

Steering and writing of use cases for the “self-service” project implemented as part of Group access control (Ilex - Sign&Go solution). The objective was to provide a solution for users who had lost their password or wished to change it. The self-service also allows for the registration/modification of a second authentication factor (Google Authenticator, Yubikey)

Implementation of internal control at the OPW. This is a Walloon regulatory obligation following the transformation of the OPW into an SACA (Autonomous Accounting Administrative Service)

• Identification of key individuals within the organization concerned by the implementation of internal control and establishment of specific working groups

• Activity Planning and Monitoring

• Organization and facilitation of the steering committee

Project Manager - Autonomous Accounting Administrative Service

Steering of various activities related to the transformation of the OPW into an autonomous accounting administrative service and monthly reporting to top management.

• Coordination of operational working groups for the change in OPW's organizational structure

• Implementation of indicators to monitor the progress of working groups and present it to the steering committee

• Organization and facilitation of the steering committee

Product Owner - Lead Developer - Intranet Service (OPWDoc)

Development of critical functionalities for the OPW intranet/ERP on a Drupal 7 base and Product Owner to ensure the evolution of the tool meets top management's expectations.

• Point of contact for OPW departments for intranet evolution requests.

• Estimation of cost, feasibility, and prioritization of new feature implementation

• Analysis and development of critical new functionalities - non-critical functionalities being implemented by other team members.

• Other activities related to OPWDoc management:

• Monitoring of audit missions and communication management (documents, information) with external auditors (European Court of Auditors, European Commission, Company Auditor, etc.)

• Reporting to the management committee

• Reporting to the European Commission

• Monitoring of ISO 27002 compliance audits

Development of several presentation websites in various fields: catering, garden design (Drupal 7 and 8) as well as an e-commerce site based on Drupal 6.
