Gilles Pommier

After participating in numerous projects as a Microsoft technical expert, Gilles Pommier has been supporting companies for over 20 years in implementing their collaborative solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform technologies and tools.

He carries out consulting, development, auditing, coaching, support, and training missions to enable companies to succeed in their digital transformation.

He was the co-founder in 2010 of the consulting and training firm SmartView, where he was in charge of the Microsoft offering.

Previously, Gilles Pommier was a developer and technical expert at SQLi Group, then worked independently for 5 years. He was a Microsoft MCT trainer for 10 years from 2004 to 2014 and holds over 30 certifications on Microsoft products (MCT, MCAD, MCDBA, MCSD .Net, MCP, MCITP DataBase Administrator, MCSA Windows 2003, MCTS SharePoint/SQL Server/Office Dev/WPF, MCPD Web Developer).

Gilles has led numerous consulting missions for the Sanofi group, La Poste (Mail IT Department), Microsoft, Société Générale, Royal Canin, CNP Assurances, MGC, IB Formation, IForm, CCAS, Balea, Mairie Nouméa, OPT, etc. as well as for numerous SMEs and Startups.

Since 2005, Gilles Pommier has also participated in numerous international events such as Ignite Tour, SQL Saturday, Microsoft TechEd US, TechEd EMEA, TechEd Australia, TechEd Dubai, TechDays France, SharePoint Saturdays (Europe, US, Australia), PowerShell Saturday (Singapore), as a Speaker on SharePoint and Office 365 technologies. This has earned him recognition since 2014 from Microsoft, which awards him the MVP (Most Valuable Professional) title each year.

Since 2017, Gilles has been a co-organizer in Montpellier of the Microsoft User Group, which meets regularly to discuss Microsoft technologies (30 to 50 people at each meetup).
