Gilles Neviaski

Having held management and leadership positions for over 20 years in fields as diverse as crisis management, human resources management, and information systems, I put this experience to work for companies and their leaders to help them define their strategy, achieve their operational objectives, and/or transform their organization.

The diversity of situations experienced in very different human and technical contexts allows me to provide leaders and managers with a fresh perspective, analytical and synthesis capabilities, to then propose concrete actions based on a forward-looking vision. My scope of investigation includes strategy, corporate culture, management, organization, human resources, project management, information systems and cyber defense, risk management, and crisis management.

My conviction is that understanding and globally aligning all these dimensions is an essential guarantee of the performance of human organizations, whether they are companies, associations, or collective projects.
