Notable project in 2024: International logistics chain tracking application. Data modeling. Application development with Power Apps (model-driven/Dataverse), intensive and diverse use of Power Automate (65 flows), particularly for document generation (contracts, sea freight booking requests, invoices and credit notes, payment receipts, operational reports, cross-border reports, account statements...). Use of Adobe and Encodian external connectors. Dashboard with Power BI. Document management on SharePoint. Integration of Microsoft Forms survey data.

Notable project in 2025: Strategic business application for a humanitarian and social educational non-profit organization (Power Apps model-driven, Dataverse, 30+ Power Automate flows, SharePoint, Excel Online, Power BI).

Other projects involving document digitalization, recruitment processes (internal approval, candidate interaction, appointment scheduling...), mobile capture of invoices and delivery notes with ERP integration, PDF document indexing, SharePoint and Excel integration, dashboards. Use of Power Apps canvas, Power Automate with numerous connectors. Implementation of AI with AI Builder and Azure (Open AI/GPT, voice/text, translation, information extraction, image analysis). SharePoint lists, Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI. Creation of SharePoint sites.

Microsoft IT. Change management for sales organizations on the constantly evolving global Sales platform from 2007 to 2023 to support the company's transformation related to new cloud offerings and increasingly fine-tuned integration with marketing. Platform composed of Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI for numerous dashboards, many satellite applications including the latest with Power Apps, and integrated external solutions like Seismic. Scope: France and Western Europe. Various missions such as internal adoption of the Viva platform, including Viva Sales and the arrival of Copilot. Use of the Prosci framework.

Member of the Business Operations division. Deployment in France of the CRM solution selected by the Corporation (Siebel). Complete development of a local reporting platform for all sales divisions (SQL Server, Excel Workbooks). Collaboration with Sales Excellence and Data Management teams.
