An EPFL engineer by training, an ICF PCC certified coach, I spent 15 years in tech before dedicating myself to what truly makes a difference in organizations: the quality of leaders' presence and the clarity of governance systems.

Specifically, I support you in three areas:

1. COACHING FOR TECH EXECUTIVES AND MANAGERS

Individual paths for pivotal moments: starting a new role, restructuring, conflicts, loss of momentum. My approach integrates the body and the system, not just the mind.

2. ORGANIZATIONAL TRANSFORMATION

Diagnosis, design, and change management. I work on structure (governance, roles, decision-making processes) as well as culture (postures, team dynamics, trust).

3. SHARED GOVERNANCE

Deployment of distributed governance models (Holacracy, Sociocracy, hybrids) for organizations that want to gain decisional agility.

Types of deliverables: coaching programs (6-12 sessions), organizational diagnostics, leadership workshops, action-based training, 3-6 month transformation support.

What sets me apart: I'm not a coach who read a book on agility, nor an IT consultant who took a coaching course. I have both anchors — and it's at their intersection that I create value.
