As a former manager myself, I know the operational constraints: pressure, trade-offs, team tensions, imperfect decisions.

My job is to create spaces where we cantake a step back, understandwhat's going on... and leave withdirectly applicable levers.

I intervene in particular on:

-Leadership and managerial posture(Jurgen Appelo, Simon Sinek, Frederic Laloux as bedside books, if that resonates with you, we'll get along ;) and if it doesn't, it's the right time!)

-Emotional intelligence(you can't not have emotions, so test them and boost them!)

-DISC by Marston(you can't not have behaviors, so analyze them... Are you more Dominant, Influential, Steady, or Conscientious?)

-Communication and feedback(you can't not communicate..., ok I'll stop!)

-Collective and collaborative intelligence(the sum of the group is more powerful than the addition of the individuals who compose it)

My way of working:

I don't try to "impress" a group.

I try tomake them progress.
