Gildas Serrand

Consultant in cultural and creative industries, specializing in international cooperation and European funding, I support public, cultural, and social economy structures in the design, structuring, and deployment of projects at the European and international level.

With over 8 years of experience, I work on both strategic and operational issues: export development, multi-partner project structuring, and funding mobilization (Creative Europe, Erasmus+, ESF).

I support my clients throughout the project cycle, from opportunity analysis to implementation and management, bringing both a sectoral (CCI) and international perspective.

My areas of intervention:

- Structuring and setting up European and international projects

- Partnership development and consortium coordination

- Definition of international development strategies

- Response to calls for projects and funding engineering
