Design and industrialization of new products, optimization of manufacturing processes, acquisition of industrial equipment: I support manufacturers in managing their technical projects, from scoping to delivery, including prototyping and production setup.

With 8 years of experience in the aeronautics, defense, and special machinery sectors, I apply a proven work method: rigorous needs analysis, risk anticipation, structured planning (micro, macro), and stakeholder coordination. This approach allows me to quickly integrate into project teams and effectively manage the missions entrusted to me.

I intervene in particular on:

• Scoping: specifications, costing, planning, risk analysis, RACI.

• Execution: 3D design (SolidWorks, Catia), definition of manufacturing methods (foundry, machining, boilermaking...), supplier selection, prototyping, production setup, 2D layout (AutoCAD), site management, FAT, SAT.

• Monitoring: stakeholder coordination, cost, quality, and deadline management, performance indicators, reporting, and continuous improvement.

In my view, the success of an industrial project rests on two pillars: relevant decisions and controlled execution. It is this rigor that guides all my interventions.
