As Key Account Manager, I was actively involved daily in managing assigned corporate accounts and FM partners (at companies with 600+ employees or 25+ water coolers) and in generating corporate new business.

• Portfolio: 70 customers with a total of 1850 water coolers

• Proud of the renewal of the Sevagram contract with 45 water coolers AND of acquiring Mediahuis with 8 Quookers

• Handling requests, preparing calculations and quotes

• Insight into contract end dates, contract agreements, customer needs and wishes, and monitoring them

• Contract negotiation and closing contracts

As an administrative Coordinator for vaccinations, I was daily responsible at one of the vaccination locations for the entire administrative and planning process for the large-scale vaccination of the population in Rotterdam-Rijnmond.

I managed 10 to 30 administrative employees.

I was responsible for the operational side of the medical administration of clients who were vaccinated, and thus for the quality and continuity of this part of the vaccination process.
