My sweet spot is taking complex, messy, or fast-growing supply chains—especially those moving goods between Asia, Europe, and the US—and making them efficient, predictable, and scalable. My career has allowed me to work across the entire spectrum of business, from scaling operations from the ground up at tech startups to managing high-volume inbound logistics for major global players like URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie) and ASDA. Whether it’s negotiating multi-million-unit 3PL contracts, migrating an entire company's inventory and finance ecosystem over to Oracle NetSuite, or restructuring a Far East supplier network, I focus on data that actually moves the needle for the bottom line. Ultimately, I love the puzzle of supply chain management: connecting the dots between suppliers, freight carriers, customs compliance, and the final customer to ensure total visibility and maximum profitability.
