• Commercial department: Organizing and optimizing revenue streams in entrance tickets, B2B partnerships, Events and F&B

• Finance: digitalizing all financial processes within the club

• Operations management: creating operational excellence in a brand new stadium & training center

• Matchday organization: commercial organization (F&B, ticketing) + safety/ security + fan experience

• HR: recruiting & managing a team of +- 25 volunteers

As a senior accountmanager I am responsible for the general client contacts and recruitment.

- Onboarding new clients into our way of working

- Point of contact for general commercial requests

- Negotiating new contracts & renewals

As the sales & marketing manager I was responsible for client acquisition, prospecting, negotiating both 360° collaborations and regular product sales and providing the necessary marketing support tools for my commercial activities.
