I designed and developed Echow, a SaaS tool for automating Instagram mention responses in stories.

I developed the backend logic for processing Instagram events, managing response scenarios (text, audio, image, video), random delays to simulate human behavior, and differentiating between followers and non-followers.

I implemented the API, subscription management, the performance analysis dashboard, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure the tool's stability and compliance.

Echow is designed to handle high volumes of interactions while remaining reliable and performant.

I developed Alela, an event platform for creating and managing digital and physical experiences.

I designed the full-stack architecture, developed the frontend interfaces, the API, and the event content management systems (pages, media, user interactions).

I implemented user journeys, content delivery mechanisms, participant data collection and structuring, as well as administration tools for managing events.

The project was designed to be modular, scalable, and adaptable to different formats (concerts, clubs, lifestyle events).

I designed and developed Pléthore, a white-label SaaS platform for premium restaurant and hospitality groups.

I defined the overall technical architecture (frontend, API, back-office), developed the client CRM (profile modeling, history, segmentation), multi-location management systems (clusters, sub-locations), and engagement tools (push, WhatsApp, email).

I implemented integrations with third-party services (booking tools, PMS, marketing automation), OAuth2 authentication with 2FA, administrator permission management, and analytics dashboards.

I am involved in the entire product lifecycle: technical design, development, performance optimization, maintenance, and continuous evolution.
