Hi, I'm Gianna and my strength is the clear analysis of your problems, as well as their solution on a new level.

Through my previous many years of work as a doctor, I primarily look at the hidden and unconsciously motivating factors within us and our interactions.

Here, I combine consciousness-enhancing coaching, elements from psychodynamically founded & systemic psychotherapy, and my trained insight (e.g., in profiling teams or recognizing causal connections in conflicts), always paired with a pinch of humor and ease.
