• ● Design and Adaptation: Adapting a selected template of the Moodle e-learning platform to meet specific user requirements.

In a two-person team, I developed two applications in Java and PHP to optimize administrative tasks. My main responsibilities included:

• ● Development of the IMS System: Implementation of an Information Management System (IMS) for the university, which made administrative processes 40% more efficient and significantly simplified documentation.

• ● Development of a Web Application: Creation of a system for managing research and project activities, enabling effective planning and organization of these activities.

In the provincial offices of the Norwegian Refugee Council, I was solely responsible for database and IT management. My main responsibilities included:

• ● Data Management System: Performing weekly backups and maintenance to ensure data integrity.

• ● Network and Internet Maintenance: Monitoring and maintaining the network architecture and internet connections.

• ● IT Support: Providing technical support for 60 workstations, including software installation and email account setup.
