Mission – Team Lead RUN Sales & Marketing (SAP ECC) – 50% Daily coordination of the RUN Sales & Marketing team on SAP ECC Project monitoring, functional evolutions, and incident management. Priority management and arbitration of topics with business teams. Direct interface with business stakeholders for prioritization and follow-up of current and upcoming topics. Task and topic distribution within the team based on workload and expertise.

Participate in the implementation and deployment of S4 HANA Public Cloud solutions. Prepare/Conduct Explore phase workshops for the P2P and stock management and inventory stream. Identify client needs and write the specifications. Write the overall design for the P2P and stock management module. Verify the integration process of the P2P and stock management modules with the O2C and R2R modules. Configure the organizational structure and the P2P and stock management module (Realize Phase). Configure automation jobs for automatable processes. Implement/Configure validation workflows. Manage user authorizations. Prepare configuration sheets. Perform unit tests in the development environment. Write functional specifications for interfaces between SAP/SRM (iValua) and SAP/invoicing tool (ESKER). Prepare functional specifications for reports and forms. Prepare data migration templates. Create user operating procedures, training support. Create SAP queries and Fiori tiles for reporting purposes. Manipulate CDS views and custom fields.

Write technical specifications. MM configuration. Verify module integration process (MM). Update configuration documentation. User support in Hypercare mode / Ticket management (Jira, Mycat). Bug resolution and anomaly correction. Application interface anomaly resolution. Re-evaluation of implemented solutions and correction of encountered anomalies through configuration and/or specific development. Solution acceptance testing and preparation of test scripts. Gather and formalize user needs for implementing evolutions. Write functional and technical specifications for evolution points. Prepare technical and functional specifications for evolutions. Perform non-regression tests following developments for each evolution to ensure good deliverable quality. Communication and reporting to partners. Create user operating procedures, training support. Train users. Daily monitoring of idocs and anomaly correction. Manage data exchange interfaces between SAP and Legacy. Job creation/management. Contribute to data migration projects via LSMW. Unblock intercompany logistics flows and analyze integration files from Legacy interfaces. Contribute to preparation workshops for Punch Out site implementation with suppliers and buyers. Punch Out OCI 5.0 site implementation/configuration on the client side. Train users on using Punch Out sites. Create SAP queries and Fiori tiles for reporting purposes. Flexible Workflow implementation/configuration on Fiori and correction of encountered anomalies. Debug error messages. Implement new OVH CLOUD entities (ROLL-OUT).
