Ghita Benkirane

In 2008, Ghita BENKIRANE created the company Art&Management®, to support change in organizations through Neurosciences, Creativity and Design Thinking.

Her multicultural profile and her dual technical and management expertise have led her on a resolutely international and innovative professional path, which guided her choice towards Sophia Antipolis, an international technopole of wisdom and technology.

With a background in Engineering (Agri-food - ISAB, Beauvais) and Management (M.Sc. Product Management & Marketing - Cranfield University, UK), Ghita continued her training to go further in her innovative approach to support in 2009 with an Executive Master HEC / Oxford Business School – CCC, Consulting and Coaching for Change, a diploma from the School of Creativity at the University of Polytechnique Mons (Belgium), and from the Bernadette Lecerf-Thomas School on Neurosciences in Paris, an Advanced Brain Leadership certification in the US, and on Decision Making in Complexity from the Edgar Morin Chair at ESSEC.

Art&Management® is based at the Village by CA in Sophia-Antipolis and Ghita is a Founding Member of the NeuroSystémique® Institute and an EMCC coach.

She has over 30 years of professional experience in more than 30 countries, in various positions in Management and Change Support in France and internationally, notably as an expert for the EU, the UN, the World Bank and ISO.

In France, she contributes to the development of StartUps from Large Groups, through local authorities, in their socio-organizational change support. Clients: amadeus, Bayer, Thales, Schneider Electric, Crédit Agricole, CCI Nice, MyKeeper…
