As part of the FabRik program for the transformation of the Finance & Risks information system, participation in the steering of the EDD-FR project (Finance & Risks Data Warehouse), a strategic decision-making platform intended to centralize and leverage AFD's financial, regulatory, and risk data.

Project Steering

• Ensure operational steering of the project in support of the Project Director

• Build and maintain macro and detailed project schedules

• Coordinate various functional and technical workstreams

• Monitor work progress and adherence to quality/cost/delivery commitments

• Manage dependencies and blocking points between different contributing teams

• Support the preparation and monitoring of production deployments

Governance and Reporting

• Prepare and lead project governance meetings (Steering Committees, Working Groups)

• Produce steering dashboards and progress indicators

• Consolidate information from workstream leads

• Monitor risks, alerts, arbitration, and action plans

• Draft meeting minutes and follow up on governance decisions

• Prepare presentation materials for business sponsors and IT departments

Budget and Workload Planning

• Participate in project budget tracking and forecasting exercises

• Monitor consumption, forecasts, and team workloads

• Consolidate financial and operational steering data

• Produce analyses for scoping and project trajectory exercises

Organization and Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to structuring project steering processes

• Support the deployment and use of project tracking tools

• Act as the interface between business and technical teams

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of steering and reporting practices

Within the international context of the GT Transformation department, in the Cloud Business Projects team, the main missions are to provide support and monitoring to project teams on Cloud deployments, and to assist in the implementation and monitoring of the Cloud project portfolio and project management processes. Finally, ensure end-to-end monitoring of all Cloud project costs.

Project Management

• Facilitate and ensure the definition and documentation of the Low-Level Design by project teams

• Define the Cloud implementation plan

• Assist in the definition and monitoring of capability deployment in the Cloud environment

• Coordinate all Cloud teams during the deployment phase

• Manage and coordinate all project Cloud incidents

• Communicate project status weekly and monthly

Reporting and Tools

• Ensure budget tracking for all Cloud projects

• Ensure consistency of project consumption from Planview

• Monitor planned vs. consumed for all projects on a monthly basis

• Track team workload

• Monitor the Cloud project portfolio

• Ensure weekly and monthly updates of all project reports

• Organize regular progress meetings with all cloud teams for budget and operational progress monitoring

• Prepare presentations of budget and operational statuses for various committees

Cross-functional

• Provide support to all project teams on Cloud-related issues

• Contribute to the implementation of all Cloud-oriented budget and financial management practices

• Collaborate closely with all central PMOs worldwide.

• Develop automated Excel tools for budget management

• Contribute to the improvement of Cloud project management processes

Within the international context of the IF&IS department, in the Project and Infrastructure team, as part of the AIX EXIT program, the main missions are to implement and monitor the program's budget, as well as the operational progress indicators of the projects comprising the program.

Reporting and Tools

• Ensure budget tracking for all Program projects

• Organize regular progress meetings with contributors for budget and operational progress monitoring

• Update available tools on a weekly basis

o Project Form (budget, scope, and deadline tracking file)

o Planview (group budgetary and operational reference tool)

• Monitor program progress (quality/cost/delivery) and adherence to specifications.

• Ensure consistency of project consumption from the Planview group reference tool

• Manage and track the processing of supplier contracts and commitment sheets

Operational

• Assist the Program Manager in COPROJ/COPIL/Workshops meetings

• Contribute to the preparation of presentation materials

• Draft meeting minutes

• Update the Program's financial and budgetary RAID log

• Perform data entry in the Planview reference tool for projects

Cross-functional

• Master all budgetary and financial management practices within the group

• Collaborate closely with all PMOs of other programs worldwide.

• Training/Awareness on the Planview group tool

• Contribute to the improvement of project management processes

• Develop automated Excel tools for budget management

• Contribute to the improvement of project management Excel tools within the team
