As Production Manager, I managed a team of 20+ operators, CNC machinists, and technicians, ensuring shift organization, skills development, and daily operational monitoring — contributing to over $20 million in annual revenue.

Responsible for field performance, I maintained an OTS of 97% for invoiced deliveries by actively managing risks (supply shortages, equipment breakdowns, quality deviations). Coordination with supply chain and customer service achieved 90% delivery reliability.

I led the continuous improvement strategy through Kaizen events, 5S standardization, and VSM projects, contributing to a reduction in scrap rate to 1.2% of COMS. The integration of CNC and automated equipment, combined with in-house CNC programming development, significantly reduced reliance on subcontractors.

In parallel, I contributed to the manufacturing of 6 prototypes with the Methods and R&D teams, while promoting a rigorous HSE culture — zero accidents in 2025.

Hired to support the industrial ramp-up of an assembly and manufacturing line for composite products (HNBR rubber, carbon fiber, cables), I contributed to the production of over 900 products in 2022–2023.

I resolved complex production and quality issues (RCA, Quality Notifications, PFMEA, FPY/RTY), leading to a 27% reduction in manufacturing scrap in 2023. In parallel, I collaborated with R&D on NPD projects (V&V, DFM, series preparation) and delivered 7 prototypes in direct interface with the Production, Methods, and R&D teams.

I managed the deployment of SAP (production & quality modules) and an MES in April 2022, including field training and digitization of production monitoring. The integration of Power BI and PowerApps eliminated manual reporting, improved decision-making responsiveness, and generated $20,000/year in savings.

Supporting the series production of forklifts in a high-volume industrial environment, I was responsible for defining and optimizing logistics flows and managing industrial data on SAP — including configuring over 600 routings and part numbers, and managing Bills of Materials (BOM) and material data.

I monitored and resolved cost, quality, and delivery deviations in coordination with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, while contributing to prototype validation (V&V) and updating process documentation to support industrialization.

In parallel, I developed digital tools on Power BI, PowerApps, and Power Automate to improve operational efficiency and incident tracking, reducing manual tasks and enhancing field responsiveness.
