• Definition and simulation of processes with the development of material, thermal, and utility balances.

• Sizing of equipment (scrubber, heat exchanger, reactor, column, tank, filter) by performing calculation notes, design studies, piping layouts, and developing PFDs / P&IDs.

• Conducting technical studies at different project phases (preliminary, basic, detailed, commissioning), including support for manufacturing on various topics: environment, production, safety, modifications, and revamping. Participation in HAZOP reviews of all studied subjects.

• Writing of various technical documents adapted to client requests

• Management of projects related to the design and compliance of new safety loops (SIF/SIS).

• Definition of project requirements and writing of specifications for launching tenders (SIL calculation of instrumented safety loops, EIA works, equipment specification, FAT)

• Participation in risk analyses and project reviews (HAZOP, LOPA, SIL)

• Writing test procedures for instrumented safety loops and participation in FAT/SAT

• Monitoring of complete treatment cycles for natural gas, NGL, and crude oil on classified installations.

• Continuous improvement of production units and contribution to lessons learned and participation in HAZOP risk analyses.

• Review of P&IDs and Process datasheets following the completion of new projects/works

• Development of specifications, and contribution to project cost estimation.

• Participation in revamping studies.

• Participation in the planning of major technical shutdowns and writing of work specifications
