As an SAP Senior Project Manager, I managed several complex SAP projects in an international environment, with full responsibility for delivery, from the scoping phase to go-live.

I managed projects according to cost, deadline, and quality constraints, while implementing structured governance to secure contractual commitments and optimize overall project performance.

My responsibilities included coordinating multidisciplinary teams (functional and technical), often distributed across multiple sites, as well as planning and monitoring resources according to project needs. I also implemented performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively track progress, anticipate risks, and facilitate decision-making.

I was in charge of budget monitoring, risk management, and escalation management, ensuring fluid and regular communication with various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.

In parallel, I contributed to pre-sales activities, participating in offer construction, effort estimation, and the definition of delivery models adapted to client contexts.

Finally, I supported clients in change management, ensuring alignment between implemented solutions and business needs, while guaranteeing optimal adoption of deployed SAP solutions.
