As a Data / BI Tech Lead, I managed the design and implementation of strategic analytical solutions in an Azure Data Platform and Power BI environment, overseeing end-to-end technical phases—from data ingestion to valorization.

Technical leadership and data architecture management: defining the target architecture on Azure, supervising development, and ensuring best practices for data modeling and governance.

Design and orchestration of data flows with Azure Data Factory to automate multi-source ingestion and integration pipelines.

Data transformation and industrialization in Databricks (PySpark) and Azure Data Lake, implementing normalization, enrichment, and consolidation processes.

Creation of a robust analytical model in Azure Analysis Services, integrating row-level security (RLS), data historization, and consolidated business logic.

I participated in the design and implementation of complete analytical solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.

I was responsible for creating and configuring Azure Data Factory pipelines for the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) of data from on-premise and cloud sources, while automating their execution using temporal and event-based triggers.

I also implemented monitoring and error management processes to ensure the reliability and traceability of processes.

On the transformation side, I designed Databricks notebooks (PySpark) for data preparation, normalization, and consolidation, optimizing distributed processing and Spark job performance.

I also implemented versioning and automatic reprocessing mechanisms for erroneous data to ensure the quality and consistency of the Data Lake.

In parallel, I participated in the development of analytical indicators and SSRS reports for tracking claims for the city of Dijon, as well as in the design and development of an energy Data Warehouse for ORES Belgium, including writing functional and technical specifications.

I designed and published dynamic Power BI dashboards illustrating regional energy consumption in Belgium and developed Power BI reports connected to APIs for LUWA Belgium.

Finally, I contributed to the complete technical documentation and assisted with the production deployment of the delivered solutions, ensuring their stability and maintainability.
