Project for the centralization of German activities of HBDE within the HSBC Continental Europe infrastructure, HBCE Paris

● Coordination of the collection of client/product data from German systems for replication in Paris systems.

● Technical migration of clients from German systems to Paris systems.

● Coordination with offshore teams for the configuration/setup of data for clients to be migrated: SSI & Confirmations in Summit Back Bond, KYC, Regulatory, CRR, NPDD if necessary.

● Identification of required IT/process adaptations - In close collaboration with users and developers: analysis, requirements gathering, specifications.

• Acquisition of commodity products (Swap, Forward, Future, Options Gas/Oil, Murex Commo in front system) in the DataLake.

• Acquisition of SODA Products (Equity Derivatives, Sophis Equity in Front system), from the golden source

• Market data analysis to be acquired in the DataLake

• Identification of products according to Front and back systems (Sophis, Murex, Summit)

• Writing specifications on Confluence.

• Writing User Stories on Jira.

• Requirements gathering

• Working within the Agile framework (SAFe)

• Configuration of counterparties/ SSI on the Summit software

• Configuration of counterparty bank details SWIFT, BIC

• Management of settlement/delivery of interest rate products, and monitoring of successful transaction settlements on Summit.

• Payment of coupons on maturity date, fees related to bond issuances, support for SWIFT codes and international transfers on Summit

• Issuance of bonds via Euroclear France and paying agents, management of relationships with other institutions within the syndicate.
