Ghali Benkirane

I act as both a Chartered Accountant and a Consultant to support the leaders of ETI (Mid-sized companies) and large groups in implementing their operational strategy and business management.

I work closely with start-ups, VSEs (Very Small Enterprises), and SMEs for their fundraising or venture capital projects. I act as a Transition Manager to help consolidate growth (Acquisition and divestment Due Diligence, Obtaining appropriate funding and grants considering the company's maturity stage, Business Plan strategy development, Cash flow optimization, implementation of preventive procedures, change or optimization of support functions, etc.). I support entities throughout their projects (creation, organization, valuation, financing, negotiation, and deal closing).
