Concrete examples from my practice: I brought a transmission from concept to series production, in production for almost 20 years, partly determining a company sale of one billion euros. At ae group, I tripled revenue and increased the RfQ success rate from 2% to 50%. I guided scale-ups in market introductions and helped organizations navigate through profound sector changes.

I do not shy away from new challenges. My career is a series of conscious steps into unknown territory, and each time I have delivered.
