• ▪ Created an interactive report on sales agent performance for a client in the financial sector, using HubSpot CRM data to provide a fully automated solution saving the client 50 hours per month in manual processing and reducing errors.

• ▪ Automated the global revenue dashboard for an equestrian clothing retailer using data extracted from NetSuite. This resulted in a saving of £80,000 per year for the client.

• ▪ Researched and created customizable marketing performance models (Recency Frequency, Monetary, and Customer Cohort) as add-ons to the business module for Sheetloom, using data from NetSuite.

• ▪ Automated a spreadsheet and integrated it with Provenir to enable batch credit scoring runs during risk assessment of loan applications.

• ▪ Provided business analysis as part of a cross-functional team that built a back-end lottery processing engine for a national lottery in South America. Established business use cases and translated them into technical specifications. Designed, executed, and analyzed API and performance tests. Developed insights on sales and players using QuickSight as the visualization layer.

Oversaw all aspects of the construction and operation of the centre, including the physical build, the commissioning of the public-facing and administrative functions, finance, recruitment, training, business development, legal, sales and marketing, customer relations, business planning, and expansion:

• ▪ Determined the financial, legal, and risk viability of finance applications in preparation for private bank credit review.
