I have 12 years of experience in brand-affiliated automotive trade – as a strategic mind alongside the management of a BMW/Hyundai dealership and as Head of PMO for a Mercedes dealer group with up to 60 parallel projects. I know the daily routine of a car dealership from the inside: the language of the salespeople, the logic of the service operations, the expectations of the manufacturers.

Project Management & PMO –I structure ongoing initiatives, create project plans, manage milestones, and ensure that decisions don't get lost. CRM implementations, DMS migrations, location development – I've done it myself, not just advised.
