Hello,
I am originally from Colombia, I have lived in Madrid since 1999, I have Spanish nationality, I am married and have 4 children.
A first step, progressing from a computer engineer. First at a technical level: as an analyst and programmer in Paris, then in an IT Department Management position for subsidiaries in Spain of French multinationals such as TECHNIP, JC DECAUX, and BOULANGER.
Since May 2010, I have been working as a freelancer/interim, in project mode:
I have carried out about ten missions mainly concerning information system transformation programs through the implementation of integrated ERP solutions with BI/WMS/CRM/POS/MES/PLM. Dynamics 365FO/AX (5), and other ERPs such as INFOR M3 (1), Oracle (2), and SAP/R3 (2).
I am particularly involved in organizational change management, to ensure functional adequacy with optimized business processes, user training with practical sessions on real cases. Master and transactional data loading, and go-live, as well as the implementation of a support and maintenance service. My goal is to ultimately achieve the expected return on investment.
Depending on the project, I apply a combination of PMP, Scrum/Agile, and Waterfall methodologies, and ITIL. During the projects delivered, I have acquired knowledge of business processes in the industry, distribution, supply chain, retail, services, and beverage sectors.
I am based in Madrid, available for remote work, and willing to travel occasionally within Spain or other countries.
