As Head of Development and Architecture at SPM, I lead a technical team of 3 developers and manage the complete software lifecycle, from architecture design to production deployment. My main focus is building robust, scalable products with a highly polished user experience.

Key Responsibilities and Achievements:

Technical Leadership and Architecture: Designing modular systems with clear separation of responsibilities (service layer, specialized controllers, complex database relationships). I establish technical standards, coding patterns, and team conventions for both Backend and Frontend.

Advanced Full Stack Development: Actively implementing the core of the applications. Solid experience in designing RESTful APIs, database modeling, and systems with full internationalization (i18n).

Strategic Integrations: Connecting platforms with high-value external services: Artificial Intelligence, WhatsApp Business API, and dynamic QR code generation systems.

Creation of Multisector Solutions (National and International): I have designed and led architectures for multiple industries:

— Management & CRM: ERPs (time tracking, SLA portals, tickets) and CRMs (pipelines, activities, analytical dashboards).

— Operations & Logistics: Fleet control software, vehicle maintenance, and integrations for foreign trade.

— Specific Sectors: SaaS platforms for agriculture (planting planning) and comprehensive project management.

Evolutionary maintenance and development of new functionalities for NIVIMU's HR web application in a 100% remote modality. Backend development with PHP and Symfony, optimization of MySQL queries, and integration of new modules. Use of Docker for environment management and Git as a version control system. Participation in code reviews and continuous improvement of the existing architecture to ensure scalability and performance.

Custom software development for the internal management of Districam Licores. Participation in the creation, evolution, and expansion of various functional modules of the company application (sales, invoicing, product management). Development with PHP, MySQL, and ASP, as well as implementation of interfaces in HTML5, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS. Integration of new functionalities according to the commercial area's needs and collaboration with the design team using Adobe Photoshop for the creation of layouts and visual components.
