Management of a team of 15 people

• Regulatory analysis and accounting and financial impacts of the Bank's projects across all processes (Credit, payment methods, electronic payments, debt collection, insurance, securities, accounts, HR…)

• Coordination and management of department staff (activity prioritization, arbitration, various assistance, evaluations, skills development plan and support in defining professional projects…)

• Supervision of an average portfolio of 60 projects managed by project managers with bi-monthly reporting in meetings to Directors and Heads of Departments of Finance, Risk, and IT.

• Validation of deliverables and acceptance testing following the configuration of accounting schemes.

• Organization of cross-functional steering committees for the Accounting Department for major projects (Securitization of mortgage loans, State-guaranteed loans (PGE) in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic, Transfer of LCL Antilles Guyane activities to Crédit Agricole Martinique Guyane…)

• Monitoring and participation in the resolution of accounting corrective and evolutionary maintenance for projects.

• Supervision of the accounting committee for updating the accounting framework (adding, modifying, and closing accounts)

Implementation of company strategy (commercial, communication, marketing, HR…). Responsible for international development and partnerships. Liaising with the tax administration

PMO reporting to the Commercial Director

• Management of major projects for the Savings and Individual Retirement Business Unit (Premundi LCL, PRIIPs – Packaged Retail Investment and Insurance-based Product…)

• Coordination of cross-functional teams between Crédit Agricole Assurances Group companies, AMUNDI, LCL, CACF, CACIB, and Crédit Agricole S.A.

• Drafting of calls for tender, selection of service providers, and long-term relationship management

• Monitoring of tasks of internal and external staff, as well as the budget allocated to projects.

• Validation of supplier invoices and signing of payment orders

• Preparation and monitoring of the overall departmental budget in conjunction with Management Control

• Preparation and facilitation of steering committees and working groups.
