- Define and implement the test strategy adapted to the project context

- Develop test plans, scenarios, data sets, and test cases

- Coordinate and supervise the testing team, in liaison with local and international teams

- Monitor test execution (functional, regression, integration) and ensure reporting to stakeholders

- Manage defects and contribute to their resolution with development teams

- Collaborate closely with MOA, MOE, and technical partners, especially the Polish subsidiary

- Excellent communication and team management skills.
