Context: Separating from ThyssenKrupp, TK Elevator must migrate 300 sites across Europe/Africa and leave the Verizon MPLS network before 2021

Project Objective: Manage the multi-operator SD-WAN migration project for 62 sites in France (+100 network connections)

- Coordination between stakeholders for cutovers: Client / integrator / TELCO / Business / Field Engineer

- Monitoring of internet link delivery (FTTO, FTTH, xDSL, 4G) with SFR, OBS, and Bouygues providers

- Technical lead during migrations (N3 integrator level), architecture changes / integration

- Leading follow-up committees (preparation, identifying blocking points) and weekly steering committees
