I am currently developing VookedMe, a multi-tenant SaaS platform that automates bookings through WhatsApp and artificial intelligence. During its development, I designed an LLM-decoupled decision engine, a Reality Engine to synchronize conversational context with the system's real state, and an architecture prepared for different levels of agent autonomy.

My work focuses on building systems where backend, automation, and AI work in coordination, with business logic governed by the backend to create scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions. I prioritize robust architectures with JWT authentication, permission control, multi-tenant isolation, and mechanisms that guarantee the consistency and traceability of operations.
