During my professional career in the home improvement and building distribution sector,

I have held various positions, both Functional (purchasing, marketing, and supply chain) and Operational (BU Director, network Director, Sales and General Manager),

Within companies belonging to large international groups (Lapeyre, Brico-Dépôt, and Litt) and SMEs (Lorillard) and VSEs (Dallo and Kemica Coatings),

I have thus been able to implement strategies with B2B, B2C, and B2B2C clients,

In contexts of reorganization, restructuring, and development requiring rapid, sustainable, and secure implementation,

Managing teams of up to 100 employees,

And managing revenues from €2 million to €520 million.

I wish to evolve my career towards transition management, and offer my business expertise in operational and functional management in the specialized distribution, wholesale, and second-fix sectors (B2C AND B2B) to clients.
