Executive manager at BAYARD, as Collection and Purchasing Director, member of the steering committee. Budget of €4M, 400 SKUs per season. Product offering management at BAYARD MDSA. 35 stores. Design of collections across all categories. Selection and creation of materials. Fittings, technical files, quality management, site visits to production facilities. Management of the purchasing budget, orders, purchase prices, and selling prices.

● Trend analysis, definition of themes and targeting of segments, strategy by category. Establish collection orientations.

● Selection of materials, yarns, colors, prints. Collection construction in partnership with suppliers. Developments and visits to production sites.

● Purchasing strategy:

▪️ Elaboration of the collection plan,

▪️ Definition and optimization of product offering positioning, margins, planning & collection plan

▪️ Balancing of sourcing (far/near import), Supplier base management, quality tests and controls with accredited organizations.

● Analysis of collection performance: Analysis of the sales potential of my products and monitoring of indicators: Turnover/ Sell-through rate/ Sell-through rate /Stock/rotation/clearance. Implementation of short and medium-term actions to boost my product category.

Elaboration of collection reports and sales analysis.

● Management: Supervision of employees, work within a multidisciplinary team. Coordination role between stylists and graphic designers, developers and pattern makers in the workshop.
