Jérôme was present in the company for 18 months to integrate an IS capable of ensuring SLA compliance for a service. To achieve this, it was necessary to conduct an audit, then redefine job responsibilities to create an IS architecture aligned with the positions in the new, responsible organization. Determined and willing, Jérôme has the strength to move forward and deliver results on complex topics.

Jérôme was involved in a digital transformation of the department. The first mission was an audit of business processes with recommendations at the end. The second mission was the structuring of business processes, which resulted in a reorganization of the department based on strong areas of responsibility for each manager. The third mission, building on the reorganization of the department and the revised processes, involved drafting requirements for a business software specification. The fourth mission concluded with monitoring the service provider and drafting detailed specifications for the software under development.
