During a four-year assignment, I had the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Eramet group on various strategic issues, particularly related to the railway sector, environmental challenges, and business process optimization.

This experience allowed me to intervene as close as possible to the field, with several international trips, particularly to Gabon and Cameroon, to better understand the operational realities of the businesses. This immersion was crucial for designing and proposing concrete, adapted, and high-value-added solutions, directly linked to the needs of local teams.

As part of a public tender, the company Urbiseko wanted to develop a mobile application to source and promote products from partner merchants, artisans, and farmers in the PACA region, in order to certify their local origin.

It was in this context that I designed and developed a complete mobile platform, taking charge of the entire project, both the back-end and front-end parts. The objective was to create a carto-centric local food social network, allowing producers to be geolocated, strengthening transparency on product origin, and promoting short supply chains.

I had the opportunity to start my career at the Police Prefecture, as part of a two-year assignment focused on the use of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for security challenges in the Île-de-France region.

This mission led me to collaborate closely with various national professional bodies, including police forces, firefighters, and armed forces, in a demanding inter-institutional context.

The main challenges were the modernization and optimization of the Police Prefecture's GIS applications, in order to improve information sharing, operational coordination, and the effectiveness of security measures.
