I am Georgiana, passionate about pedagogical innovation and with over 8 years of experience in digital training, I put my expertise at the service of learners and professionals wishing to develop their skills. Specializing in instructional design and e-learning project management, I support the design and optimization of effective and engaging training pathways. I have worked on custom training projects in various roles such as training designer, learner group facilitator, and digital learning project manager. I assisted the training department of a major telecommunications player in training its team of instructional designers to pool their work practices in developing professional skills. I therefore created a hybrid and personalized training pathway according to their needs, while relying on the key innovative skills of an instructional designer to build it. I mixed humanity and technology to offer them engaging in-person training sessions and tutoring sessions based on their feedback.

In my last experience at a consulting firm, I led a mission to support a team of instructional designers who wished to deepen their knowledge and develop their skills in creating online training pathways. I conducted virtual classes to train them and created training modules on Articulate Storyline.
