I am a business and commercial leader with 20+ years of experience across Greece and Sweden in Automotive Finance, Financial Services, Vehicle Leasing and Mobility.

My strength is combining commercial growth with business transformation by connecting customers, partners, distribution channels, teams, processes and P&L execution, while working closely with risk, compliance, legal, finance, credit and operations teams to ensure disciplined, sustainable growth.

During my career at LeasePlan, Arval BNP Paribas and Kinsen Hellas/ Saracakis Group of Companies , I have worked across Direct sales, Retail, B2B, SME, Corporate segments, Public sector , Dealer, Banks & Broker networks, OEM partnerships, Digital lead generation, CRM, BI, Pricing, Operations and Cross-functional execution.

The last 5 years , I led the Mobility & Leasing Business Units at Kinsen Hellas/Europcar, scaling the business from early-stage activity of €130K to approximately €24M revenue.

What I bring to a senior leadership role is the ability to grow the business externally while building the internal engine that makes growth sustainable. I am close to the market, close to customers and partners, and close to the teams that execute.

My leadership style is hands-on, commercial and people-driven. I believe strong performance comes from clear strategy, strong teams, disciplined execution and a culture of ownership.
