Natixis Wealth Management is the wealth management division of the Natixis group, a French bank that is part of the BPCE group (Banques Populaires Caisse d’Épargne).

In 2022, Natixis Wealth Management managed approximately 70 billion euros in assets for its private clients, primarily from wealthy and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

I joined NWM as a Salesforce CRM Tech Lead as part of their IT system overhaul project.

We were organized into 2 Squads:

The first squad consisted of NWM internal staff, comprising:

- 1 Business Analyst

- 1 Project Manager

- 1 Manager

The second squad was composed of the project integrators:

- 3 junior developers

- 1 Business Analyst

- 1 senior Developer

- 1 Project Manager

- 1 technical architect

As Tech Lead, my responsibilities included:

- Assisting project managers in the integration of the new Salesforce CRM

- Participating in and supporting the implementation and deployment of APIs and data flows for the CRM.

- Integrating the CRM with the IT system applications (APIs, Flows)

- Ensuring the quality of products and developments implemented within the project framework

- Establishing interface contracts

- Serving as the primary point of contact for Salesforce CRM during Design Authority meetings

- Setting up the Salesforce - Talend connection

- Integrating Ownbackup into the CRM (Backup, Restore, Archive)

I joined Effy as a Salesforce Developer as part of my permanent contract with GUIMINI.

Effy is a company specializing in energy renovation work for individuals. In 2022, Effy generated a turnover of approximately 190 million euros. This figure showed sustained growth due to the increasing demand for energy efficiency solutions in France and Europe, fueled by public policies and tax incentives (such as the tax credit for energy transition).

We were organized into a squad of 9 people. My squad consisted of:

- 3 developers

- 1 Tech lead

- 1 Architect

- 3 Business Analysts

- 1 Project Manager

As a Salesforce Developer, my responsibilities included:

- Email Services: fixing and updating Apex classes

- Implementing a web service for creating GED documents

- Implementing Invocable Classes for use in Flows

- Implementing a web service for connecting with a telephony system (DIABOLOCOM)

Assurances Médicales SA is an insurance company specializing in health and medical coverage solutions for individuals and businesses. Its primary objective is to offer health insurance solutions tailored to the needs of individuals and businesses, based on medical risks and required care.

We were a team of 3 people:

- 1 developer

- 1 Business Analyst

As a Salesforce Developer, my responsibilities included:

- Implementation of the Service Cloud module for Assurances Médicales

- Participation in scoping and design workshops

- Implementation of a web service for GED integration

- Development of automations using Flows and triggers

- Development environment: VS Code, Source Tree, Git, GitLab
