Geoffroy Martin

Materials Engineer (Polytech Sorbonne) and holder of a Master's in Industrial and Financial Strategic Analysis (CNAM), I have been supporting industrialists, startups, and public actors in their technological innovation projects for over 15 years.

My expertise covers the entire innovation development cycle, from technological analysis to project structuring and financing. I am particularly involved in evaluating the credibility of an innovation (state of the art, technological maturity, differentiation), competitive positioning, defining development strategies, and identifying industrial or scientific partners.

I have solid experience in innovation financing (Bpifrance, ADEME, European schemes), with in-depth practice in preparing applications, structuring collaborative projects, and their operational monitoring.

Within the NextMove competitiveness cluster, where I currently hold a management position, I have supported several hundred projects led by large groups, SMEs, and startups, particularly in the fields of mobility, energy, materials, and the industry of the future (industrial AI, robotics, connected systems).

Accustomed to operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, I work at the interface between technical teams, strategic management, and institutional partners, with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.

I also have excellent knowledge of the French and European innovation ecosystem (competitiveness clusters, SATT, incubators, public and private funds).
