Grand Scène quickly became a must-visit food court in Lille, located on Rue de Béthune, in the city center. With 1600m², 600 seats, 10 food stands, 2 bars, and year-round events, Grand Scène welcomes 350,000 customers per year with a turnover of €5.3 million.

- Recruitment and management of a team of 25+ people under my direct responsibility

- Operations and exploitation: Direct management of the 2 bars. Implementation of tools (cash registers, inventory management, reporting) and processes, price negotiations, etc.

- Finance, HR, and administration (CFO)

- Relations with partners (landlords, investors, administration, operational partners)

- Relations with the 10 partner restaurateurs

- Technical (venue design, construction monitoring, operational venue maintenance)

Gobee Bike was the first shared free-floating bike operator to launch in the European market in 2017.

- Deployment of 17,000 bikes in 5 cities in 2 months (Lille, Paris, Brussels, Reims, Lyon - 1000+ daily trips in each city one week after launch)

- Operations management and optimization: 24/7 bike dispatch and battery recharging, fleet maintenance organization

- Recruitment and management of a team of 40+ people (operations, customer support, marketing)

PayMyTable revolutionized the customer experience in restaurants by developing digital solutions for ordering, paying, and retaining customers through apps and order terminals connected to the restaurant's POS system.
