As part of the development of its activities and strategy, I operate in a dual scope:

- Sourcing & Purchasing: identification, validation, and auditing of suppliers. Implementation of tools and commercial conditions to empower operational teams

- Development of a purchasing center: support for the development of the internal purchasing center: improvement, optimization of the customer purchasing journey and the center's strategy, negotiation with suppliers, and implementation of omnichannel access.

Definition of the omnichannel purchasing strategy within the subsidiary:

• Development of the client portfolio (prospecting, follow-up, and retention)

• Translation of client needs into production (process implementation)

• Monitoring of productivity and profitability (reporting)
