• Support and Documentation: Providing Level 2/3 technical support for the infrastructure and writing technical and operational documentation.
• Project Management: Active participation in project management and technical coordination.

• DevOps Infrastructure Management and Evolution: Maintenance and improvement of a robust DevOps infrastructure, including tools like Bitbucket, GitLab CI, Consul, and Terraform.
• Code Development and Optimization: Significant contribution to the development and refactoring of code (primarily in Python and JavaScript) for automation and process improvement.
• Support and Technical Assistance: Proactive support to internal partners in expressing and fulfilling their evolution needs, and providing Level 2 support for the service.
• Documentation: Management and updating of technical documentation to ensure clarity and longevity of knowledge.
